Ingredients:
1 pound Velveeta cheese
10-ounce can of Ro-Tel diced tomatoes and green chiles
1 Medium tomato, diced
1 Medium white onion, diced
1lb Ground Beef, browned and drained
Instructions:
Preheat your Traeger grill to 350°F.
Cut the Velveeta cheese into small cubes.
Combine all of the ingredients (Cheese, Tomatoes, Ground Beef, Onions, etc.) in a cast iron skillet or disposable aluminum pan.
Place the skillet or pan on the grill and smoke for 30-45 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve with tortilla chips, in tacos or as your favorite queso dipping sauce.
