Traeger Smoked Queso!


Ingredients:

  • 1 pound Velveeta cheese

  • 10-ounce can of Ro-Tel diced tomatoes and green chiles

  • 1 Medium tomato, diced

  • 1 Medium white onion, diced

  • 1lb Ground Beef, browned and drained

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your Traeger grill to 350°F.

  2. Cut the Velveeta cheese into small cubes.

  3. Combine all of the ingredients (Cheese, Tomatoes, Ground Beef, Onions, etc.) in a cast iron skillet or disposable aluminum pan.

  4. Place the skillet or pan on the grill and smoke for 30-45 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  5. Serve with tortilla chips, in tacos or as your favorite queso dipping sauce.
