Ingredients:
1 (12-14 lb) whole packer brisket
1/4 cup yellow mustard
1/4 cup beef rub
1/2 cup BBQ Sauce
1/4 cup beef broth
Instructions:
Preheat your Traeger grill to 225°F.
Trim the brisket of any excess fat and silver skin.
Coat the brisket with yellow mustard.
Season the brisket with your favorite beef rub.
Place the brisket on the grill and smoke until it reaches 165 degrees. This usually takes about 6 hours.
Remove the brisket from the grill and place it in a disposable aluminum pan.
Pour BBQ Sauce and beef broth over the brisket.
Cover the pan with foil and return it to the grill.
Increase the temperature to 250°F and cook for an additional 6 hours or until the internal temperature of the brisket reaches 203°F.
Remove the brisket from the grill and let it rest for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
I hope you enjoy this recipe!

That sounds yummy. Does it dry out without being wrapped tightly? Or is there enough liquided on the pan to keep it moist? Looks from the photo that you have good bark. thanks for sharing
